I never noticed this before, but I'm QUITE sure others have noticed it. In Dragon Ball episode 6, when Yamcha peeps on Bulma in the bed, it flashes between two frames which show a tiny bit of each nipple as the stars move around. In a scene afterward, Yamcha's pupils are nipples.
