That was an intentional choice by Toyo to show that while Goku is serious, he’s not tense at all, which signifies the proper mindset for UI. It’s a minor complaint,
they couldn’t put him in ui fantasy event simply because he is far too powerful for them to scale 🥱

Just because I wanted to let you all know, if Legends UI Goku wins the #Gokuverse poll, I'll be reusing my old model Port of PUR UI -Sign- and as for skills, I'll probably use both the PUR UI -Sign- and MAYBE even the new Ultra Instinct Goku from 4th Anniversary.
