The only actual mermaid au I have for is one where Toby is a fisherman and Jim is a Mermaid trying to kill and eat him. Eventually, Toby thwarts all of Jim’s attempts to kill him and Jim calls a truce and befriends him.

Kisa is a private investigator who works in NYC. She typically does any job if it's for a good cause, and tries to befriend anyone she talks to. Has no respect for those who work against the people.

In the Iraqi version of Cinderella, called "The Little Red Fish & the Clog of Gold," a girl befriends a talking fish she rescues from a fisherman's net. He gives her a dress & golden shoes so she can attend a party against her cruel stepmother's wishes.

A rough sketch I did earlier today of Maxy the Pincushion, and a new skunk character I've been working on... She's a college student and 80's musician that befriends Maxy, and helps figure out his origin and purpose throughout their adventure, I suppose...

I threw my kids into a vaguely bloodborne inspired vampire hunter au but Malchior and Jac are vampire hunters and Casar/Kassir's the vampire they originally were supposed to hunt but ended up befriending

“Ossë and Uinen came to the Teleri and befriended them; and Ossë instructed them, sitting upon a rock near to the margin of the land, and of him they learned all manner of sea-lore and sea-music.” — The Silmarillion

“Knox, how about you befriend your teammates”
“Knox, what if you make yourself emotionally vulnerable”
“Knox, you’re supposed to do a group project with Kadi & Ted”
“Knox, let’s talk about yourself”

大家好，我叫moui😊 I'm first-gen living overseas and have befriended many kind Chinese-speaking users. I fell in love with ancient Chinese aesthetics and currently love Taiwanese PILI puppetry. I'm also currently drawing an original high fantasy webcomic!😊

I have a ton of work (and super happy about it 😭) so you get a dead mermaid today!
Boomaid enjoys haunting ships and scaring divers. Every halloween dressed in pumpkins, she goes to the surface and haunts houses, ocasionally befriending little mermaid fans and friendly kids.

In honor of the (semi-) new banner I made Child Cherche and her newly befriended wyvern, Minerva~! Had a lot of fun designing her and going through her supports again to help out >v<

i just want y'all to now that in one of the campaigns i'm in, Doom guy is an NPC and my character Amaryllis befriended him by piling her plushies (most of them bunnies) onto him while he just stood there
