Making the best of my life with drawings. Feeling out of place in society due to my gender and disability is tough, but I have a very solid support network 💙 Just trying to live my life being me, basically!
The Doubling Disability survey is your chance to let us know the barriers faced by disabled people in UK broadcasting. Have your say here:

Northern Irish sculptor Anne Acheson (1882-1962) and British sculptor Elinor Hallé (1856-1926), using their knowledge of anatomy, jointly devised the idea of creating plaster casts for broken limbs during WW1. Before that broken limbs often meant permanent disabilities #womensart
@FurFoxSakeSuits i have severe depression, anxiety, acute PTSD ^^; i also found out today that gender dysphoria is considered a disability in some states :0
@FurFoxSakeSuits I suffer from hip dysplasia, cerebral palsy, scoliosis, and a few other issues. I'm actually working on getting my hip replacement surgeries. Anyway thank you for raising awareness for people with disabilities! Its not really talked about much and people are often bullied.
Much of our work is centered around in work-support. This means supporting individuals to retain employment.
This can range from managing health and well being, reasonable adjustments or any other support required.

To my learning disability nursing colleagues far and wide, this year we will be delivering a learning disability nursing harvest. In the true spirit of a ‘harvest’; merely gather what you do so well, share it, and we will celebrate our harvest together. More info to follow.

Be kind to all. Anyone can suffer with illness, you can't always see it.
@hasrock36 Hello! I'm Umbral, a trans woman with chronic disability and pain, trying to survive poverty.
When I'm able, I draw smol beans, cats with flags and ridiculous comics about estrogen burgers.

@glitzylemonade Aaa gosh, here’s mine! I’m Valerie and I love to draw designs for DnD/fantasy/etc characters!
For a long time my disability cut between me and my art, but I’ve spent 2019 working hard to gain back what I lost and to push beyond what I ever did when I was healthy (灬´ᴗ`灬) 💕

This is a Japanese sign for LGBTQIA+. Deaf queers in Toronto adopted this sign with a permission by Deaf Queers from Japan. We usually fingerspell LGBTQIA, but we felt that fingerspelling is not accessible for all (for people with dyslexia, physical disabilities, etc.). Enjoy!
