So after spending a good part of the day trying to sculpt leaves in zbrush, I just went ahead and made them in Maya instead. Will make brush tools out of them and go that route. Bonus: UVs are already done. So there.

Mornin', have a Mary.
Experimenting with using my darling chalky brush as a more proper lineart brush, and I think it came out pretty alright. Might try bolder lineart next time though. I tend to like my work more when I use thicker lines.

“It grew foggy. I was about to leave when I saw something take form beyond the haze. An old man, wandering among the trees. He noticed me staring, smiled, and raised his hand up as if to say hello. He then receded back into the brush, and I was overcome with a sense of dread.”

One of my set of standees that I did for Furry Weekend Atlanta. I wanted to do a young character to relate with the kids that attended the convention. I had fun inking this guy with a nib and then brush, I got to be loose and free with my lines.

Looking for a decent blending solution in Photoshop without the use of a keyboard. Not a fan of the mixer brush, does anyone have any suggestions?

Since it's been two weeks without using Zbrush, I've revisited my old model and wanted to see if I could build it in an hour or so. Major detail are in, still need more work.
