This is inspired by the Ozzie's Menu from Episode 7... we changed the design slightly to accommodate the gold foil design/limited color available vs doing a digital print to match the show more, as the matte stamp/gold foil stamp makes for a nicer notebook.

A few years back I had an idea for a graphic novel that would pay tribute to the Japanese tradition of "onsen"-- which can be loosely translated as "hot springs." I actually came pretty close to it becoming a real book. Who knows? Maybe I'll still get my chance someday...

Metroid: Zero Mission's concept, box art, and promotional art style favored striking shadows and bold outlines, much like a comic book. This style even influenced some of the in-game sprit work and cutscenes.
