it was Yu's idea (@/xiayou1104) to include some exotic non-Japanese language in the lyric, something European or Scandinavian. I suggested Icelandic based purely on the fact that I like Zankyou no Terror and its theme song VON, which is sung in Icelandic.

Two concepts for color schemes for Huldra, one of the villains for Diary of Avril, and also one of Aviril’s Sisters. One is closer to Aviril, the other is more reminiscent to the titular Huldrefolk of Scandinavian folklore.

Which do you prefer?

GENERAL THINGS!
- pan’s species was based off of icelandic/Scandinavian fae known as huldu/hulderfölk!
-fölk depictions change based on the culture/story, but many call them a mix between elves/fae
-stories tell of fölk having cow-like tails until they marry, hence Pan’s!

The theme of today's is work.

Scandinavian folklore has quite a few beings that have been known to help farmers, lumberjacks, hunters and others out during their often arduous and solitary work, but the most beloved is probably the tomte, who look after farms.

A Huldra, or skogsrå, is a Scandinavian forest spirit whose back is a hollowed out tree trunk. Sometimes beautiful and kind, sometimes frightening and pernicious, in Sweden she has the tail of a fox.
