@AlatreonBestBoy If I ever had to choose actual redesigns I really don't like from Frontier it would be these two and they both do the same thing that I hate - they don't expand the designs and instead slap some sharp contrasting as hell edges on top of the sleek body of the OG monster.

I typically start with "hyperrealistic painting" and use one of a couple famous natural landscape painters, especially john constable or thomas cole. That generates images like this one, which are beautiful but have more blurred edges

ive missed drawing maid outfits tbh its been way too long i dont even remember how to do the waggly cloth bits anymore the ones at the edges

For my cartoonier work, most of the time Im using the default turnip pen from csp tweaked to my liking for line art, markings, shading etc. I have a modified G pen that i lower the hardness on and tweak the pressure of for softer marking edges and shading edges.
