I’ve been experimenting with faces and expressions. Mainly giving my characters a less “cartoony” look. This is one of my favorites, with a face lift. LOL.

What do you think they found?

Overall, I like this book a lot. Suzy Davies writing is simple and energetic at the same time. The pacing is quick enough to keep children interested, but not quick enough that you don’t understand what’s happening in the story.

"This is a children's book through and through, and even though I wasn't the target audience, I still found myself laughing at some of the antics. I really do think this is a wonderful book, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for it!"
