I don’t know a lot but step 1 is finding a manufacturer. 2 is making a design and picking out colors, Pantone is the universal color picker for enamel pins. 3 is creating a manu mock-up. (Pic below) Wait times are… well long due to covid. Upward of 3+ months depending.

idk if I've shared this here, but here's my very first MHA enamel pin batch. Aizawa and Shinsou will have an OG and pastel variant, and Shirakumo will have an OG and pearl variant. These will be limited edition pins. Samples are currently being made, pre-order date TBD
