Now that the game is in English, thanks to the release of the remake, it's even more obvious to me that Sakura Wars took a lot of ideas from Doukyuusei. The creators often quote Tokimeki as an inspiration but the ADV sections in SW are basically a condensed version of Doukyuusei.

Trying to understand even the release order of the NieR games is confusing... this blub from the Steam store page on NieR Replicant ver.1.1224744 etc says it was never released outside of Japan, but they mean the remake, not the original and have reframed it as a prequel.
Finished Tsui no Sora Remake, isn't better that Subarashiki Hibi, BUT i think is a MUST PLAY after you finished SubaHibi. Isn't like you will get better answers but many things tie together and makes think even more about End Sky 2 and Down The Rabbit Hole 1.
