The backgrounds are block prints of Mount Fuji by Hokusai
-Manga/Anime Neko mixed with Sara.
-The dragon is a Tatsu that’s ridden
-Taikomochi or Hokan- the original male geishas like a jester, like Nigel

been rewatching Ah! My Goddess (2000's) lately, it's making me nostalgic for when I first started actively seeking Manga/Anime. Not the best-animated series by any means (it's dated) but the characters are truly delightful and the romance between the main characters is sweet.
