July 2000 is when the Top Cow crossover was going on, the Witchblade/Tomb Raider/Fathom comic, and there was also that Dark Crossings crossover with Tomb Raider/Butcher Knight/Witchblade/Darkness. So Top Cow still had some juice, but after all this it started to sputter for sure.
