I don't know what tricks you already use, but here are some good beginner ones:

- Pick a spot where your light is coming from and be consistent
-Use dark red or dark blue lines in linework, not black
-Overlay shaaaaaaading

Im one part trying to figure out how to be digitally painterly again like when I used SAI regularly bc a lot of current work ive done emphasizes flat colors and linework, and one part realizing the metallic glitter pen i found is gonna keep distracting me lmao
