18. Lazlo Dazzle baby!!! I love ice dragons so much that I made my secondary protagonist one. Im still fleshing him out (same with all the L+H OCs) but hes my obligatory prettyboy hotshot twink and i think he should be allowed. Also he flies an airplane and I think that's fun.
