Design is arguably the hardest part of the whole process. Not the glitz and glams, but making sure the backstory is properly represented by the shape, color, details, etc.

And expressions! Very important for characterization.

I'm noticing these ai people can't properly identify issues/mistakes because they never took the time to sit down & learn anatomy or attention to detail. Also, sniping someone's WIP mid-stream & finishing it before them doesn't make you the original artist.
