One of my favourite things about making scrolling comics is getting to be really dramatic with the full vertical scroll. It’s really interesting the different ways you can use it.

Compared to print comics it can be similar in pacing and effect to a double page spread.

Twitter cropping is pretty terrible imo if you wanna get around it you can try posting two images like this if it's a vertical image. It's usually less of an issue if it's horizontal. Swear it's gotten worse in the past few months tho 😝

Part of me still wants to make a vertical scroll version of ST because I like the idea of having my panels “blown up” and paced out in a scrolly way for a fun mobile reading experience —

Sonic Rush
Fondly remembered as the origin of boost gameplay, the two DS screens' vertical resolution doesn't do this game any favors, the boss fights are slogs, and the only thing this should be remembered for is its banger of a soundtrack.
