funfact: for this toon i did something similar to the xerox process, basically not doing lineart and painting over the rough animation, mainly to save time

Here are the 4 stages of my typical process when I create This particular piece was focused on the choice of the reference photo so my was pretty straightforward. I still do not enjoy having to draw laces on shoes but, the look is worth the effort.

It would probably be possible to develop a "denoising" tool to remove this Glaze noise. Even now, noise can be removed by processing in Photoshop. Of course, it will take some time.
