it is very very important when it comes to blending ;c (in my case anyway). i also don't use blend/smudge tools, i just use regular brushes that have a slight softness/texture to them

Now we're entering into our Shipwrecked themed bunch. The way Ti did the hair texture for both these characters here literally changed the way I draw their hair myself now, she did such amazing little details. They look SO good I'm aaaah 😭

I personally feel like making textures/emulating pictures drawn with traditional tools are better in CSP,

meanwhile SAI's texture kinda felt too clean and "glossy"

but maybe that's just me
