Sunday morning Photobashing experiment + some excessive overpainting. "Predator meets Cannibal Woman", but I like it. Btw, this started with an old pic of 70s softporn icon Laura Gemser. I liked the skull motiv and ran with it. 💀

“Tint” is our new set of 20 recolored abstract paint textures. These pieces are a mix of 70s vintage with modern abstract, resulting in a collection of dreamy and subdued textures.

Hasumi Nagatomi ②
・An energetic, hard-working retro-themed girl who has dreamed of being an idol since childhood
・Dresses with clothes from the 50s-70s and loves the aesthetics of the bygone days
・Speaks with Showa era phrases, being very dated but nostalgic

Happy birthday to Paul Alexander who turns 82 today! Alexander's work was a staple on scifi paperbacks in the 70s, 80s, and 90s

Classic '70s detective series Van der Valk returns later this year. So in celebration, here are two terrible cartoons :)

RT/RP A beautiful piece by Enki Bilal for his series 'Exterminateur 17', which originally appeared in French scifi/fantasy magazine 'Metal Hurlant' in the late 70s. Not sure the year this piece was first produced.

While on the subject of Strawberry Digital, I wanted him to be younger than SBC (more saturated colors), but still "too old to be relevant to the kids", so his digital clock was lifted from the alarm clocks you'd see in the 70s/80s rather than being a truly modern digital clock.

Crystal wouldn’t really think it in contemporary vernacular like that, but something of that sentiment in a ‘70s feel. Anyway the actual words accompanying this part of the story are Brandy’s. Crystal is right though, he turns out to be trouble.
