Of course they are, not everyone has disposable income or talents in visual art/rigging.
I started out as a pngtuber, before Vroid & then Live2D.
Send those "elitists" my way. I'd like to laugh in their faces
Like, he looks great in FL. He looks great in Smash. He looks great in 2D. He looks great in sprite form. But they really in general have had a lot of trouble putting this guy in to 3D and getting a consistent design down

11 years ago today in NA, #FinalFantasy IV: The Complete Collection brought what may be the quintessential FF to yet another platform: the #PSP. The subtitle was no misnomer; FF4: CC included sequel The After Years and bonus interquel The Interlude, all in impressive, vibrant 2D.
lots more old stuff I found while putting together something I'm doing this week. Some really early days stuff while trying to get better and transition from 3D artist to 2D.

still need to get better at figuring out how to draw and cut for live2d. i imagine this would be way easier if I understand that first instead of brute forcing it.
a little practice of Novus's eyes. I will have to adjust the overall shape to make things easier in Live2D.
