After million years of thinking, Managed to design Lionel's 'Dawn Form'. He is one of the Champions of the gods of my world.(Aka. Kami Adi and her siblings) In his case, he is Kami Gvanni's Champions. And he gets such form when his powers resonates with them when morning comes.

I love teenagers fighting the system type of stories so I am all about Marvel Outlawed starring the Champions. Other stories in this genre that I like include Deadly Class, 4 Kids Walk Into A Bank, and Maximum Ride.
