Hard to describe this one. An "anti-game", if you will. You slowly walk around everywhere and interact in a plot that makes less and less sense the deeper you go. Has extreme levels of vibes, especially on DS with its chonky graphics.

Another fun present under my tree this year was the first big Spain Rodriguez collection from Fantagraphics. I've read lots of Spain's comics in individual comics and anthologies, but not in a whole big book like this one.

Some progress on this was once lost in a surprise reboot. Finally decided to get back in the saddle redraw the lost work, and added a nicer sky gradient.

I would love to see The Longest Journey remade one day. I bet Xbox would take it as a commision. It's such a magical game and the graphics for the original still hold up really well. Couldn't imagine it in modern graphics. Just a thought. 👍👍

Q-YO Blaster is a horizontal by with a strange and surreal theme. Various ship and weapon types. Big bosses. Local coop. Gorgeous retro presentation and graphics. Nice audio. Quite challenging and chaotic.
