Okay, back to some C64 dexterous joysticking. 🤔 Is that a word? Summer Camp! One that I found on the C64 of a family I used to babysit for. Was an interesting platformer, with a unique feel to it. An achievement in a world full of platform games. 😁 A real challenging one. 🕹️

Another good hyperkin retro-joystick test: Alien Breed II on the Amiga. This is still a stunning shooter. Beautiful pixel-work, and really atmospheric sound to boot. I feared it might be showing it's age by now. But no, it's still gorgeous to look at and frenetic to play. 😁👍

Back to the C64 for another test for the Hyperkin Trooper joystick. Split Personalities, which is a quick-paced sliding-block puzzle game that really gets the adrenaline going. (I wasn't much for puzzle games, but this one is *fast* .. lots to do with constant time pressure.) 👍

For those who want to play something Virus-like but don't want to have a painful claw-hand from the stress of over-sensitive mousing, I would recommend Zeewolf 1 and/or 2. The Zeewolf helicopters can be controlled with mouse or joystick, and the controls are much more relaxed. 😎

The Speccy version of Uridium is actually really impressive.
I must try again and work out how the darned controls are supposed to go. I could only get it working with keyboard, and gave up in frustration after a bit. (I'm a C64 guy.. joystick only, if you please.) 😋
