This can also change with lighting and shadows, which can also be done without changing the skintone. As well as even changing the opacity. Anything is possible as long as long as you effectively show off a darker skintone. Either way, poc will greatly appreciate the effort:)

So I usually headcanon rouge to have super dark skin but I decided to saturate it and lighten it more so its closer to the canon color but also still have my POC HC💕comparison from the first time I drew Rouge and to today's post (I like both colors on her so imma keep them both)
