John William Waterhouse (1849-1917) probably my favourite of the Pre Raffs he started in the academic style before embracing PreRaff Broherhood. Gentle paintings, his model (s) having sweet pretty faces even when not been pretty or gentle ( Circe and Pandora) ‘Wind Flowers’
