@t_unmasked I find it interesting that Toei repurposed this image for Venus. It will always remind me of Super Sailor Venus and makes her stand out compared to the others which seem to use the season 1 laser disc art as a base.
@KaOs_32 A creation made by Mr. Tinker/ Eggman originally made to protect a village when sonic wasn't around but after Eggman had come back around and went back to his evil schemes Wind-up was repurposed to kill the very hero he was meant to be, he was given to Tails as a gift.
Thor repurposed from my 2020 #SixFanArts

@cyenart Rosa(Lin) A. Parker !! (She/her)
Shes's an old oc that I repurposed for my spiderverse brainrot !! She's a lesbian college dropout, and she has built in rollerskates in her suit (designed by her friend with nano tech)
I love rendering her hair and suit specifically bc yes GRGRG
His theme song and some of his character traits (like the glitchy cubes) were eventually repurposed for the badge seller, and there are still a few references to the moonjumper throughout the game (most notably on the back wall of the attic in vanessa's manor)
I spent my afternoon making a Steam banner for #SonicCD Restored! I repurposed and edited some art from @tyson_hesse's work on Origins and the Archie comics, with the time stones coming from some achievement art. The RESTORED text is my best effort to recreate the logo style :D
@Jdogexe My first OC is GHY, or "Glitchy" if you go for her older name, 2015 - 2016, i recently repurposed her and changed a little bit her concept, from a malware to a parasite attached to Stephanie, which is a yandere.
First drawing vs Last drawing of her.
While cleaning out some memory drives with concepts for a “certain lion series” I found a couple of old concept designs that I’ll probably reuse/repurpose for Embers story.
Like this one. I’m thinking of tweaking it and making him another son of Ember. We’ll see.
slightly redesigned this guy and making him my character's band's "new" bassist because every time I remember he exists I feel terrible for not using him because I loved his design even before
(repurposed drawing from 2020)
so remember that one "human glitch" design we did
we kinda. repurposed the guy as a sona for me i guess
im just, calling him sam. hes more based on me than my source and the design is pretty disconnected from it anyway so
#ocart (just using the one tag for this one)
@TanookiKuribo Turning off annotations used to do it, but they've not for a few months now so I can only assume there's no way to deal with this anymore unfortunately.
It's weird they repurpose the toggle to something useful just to later remove that when it's totally optional either way.
Have I talked about the oc i repurposed as my video gamer avatar for my idv gameplay side stuff on this account? I don't think so so everyone meet Lel, the gamer goblin
Thanks to @hikariviny for bringing what is likely Sora's new default outfit to life! The original artist gave permission to repurpose this outfit, you can see it here,

What do you all think? This style sort of reminds me of some retro 70s girl's fashion!
shoutout to the other version of this drawing that i most scrapped then repurposed
Ash's character remained dormant for about a year or 2 after that, before I dug him up and repurposed him.
He's now a walking Gorillaz discography and Fantastic Mr. Fox reference. He's no longer a whole fox, but he's more human, only retaining his ears, coloration, and tail.
Now from 8 years ago today: "a doodle based on the one from the other night but with Liz instead." This got repurposed several times as I kept changing them (but to be fair, Liz in the blue shirt was only because I didn't want yellow on yellow)
@UltimaShadowX Uploading some more concepts. I'm super curious how some of these would've looked in sprite form.
Undead soldier Zabel fucks hard and it's funny that the early Pyron concept (flaming head suit guy in the second pic) more or less got repurposed for Dr. Faust in Guilty Gear.
Here's a comparison between the original illustration and what I landed on. The article is about the corruption/repurposement of an easy-to-grab symbol, so I started out with muck. It's more ambiguous without but looks better.
