I get that, makes their nature as wank bait overly obvious. But it's also something with the size and spacing.
It just makes her face look weird as hell to me.
New one looks like a worse slappy squirrel.
Loony tunes is the only one that got it right.

I figured out what Reb’s ID’s etc eyes reminded me of whenever I drew em Super Mario Bros Super show so I tried drawing some charas in the artstyle of it! For those wondering who the green cog is hc my version of Slappy has a cog form- I’ll post more about in future!

It's midnight, mutuals sleep. Slappy time. I am truly grateful to the art directors or animators who decided to give Slappy scruffy/messy looking hair on her head as opposed to the usual smooth head like the old toons would do to female animal anthropomorphic characters.
