Fallout 3 Billboard (Vault Secure).

These billboards were put up to promote how the vaults would keep people safe during the Great War. We view these in hindsight, which is chilling considering the events that happened in the vaults. ☢️

In hindsight, it's really funny that Bart Simpson was considered a delinquent, bad influence, etc. He wasn't doing violent crimes or dealing narcotics. At worst, he spray-painted "El Barto" on things lmao. Not to mention he always had a good heart and learned from his mistakes.
