Another redesign!
This one is Star. She's now a bird of some description. I was originally going for an owl, hence the face and the ear tufts but she's kind of a hybrid IG? Which suits her because she is an experiment. I've always wanted a birb OC haha. She's a tough gal .

I keep wanting to redraw this from 2017 but it's actually a lot closer to how I draw her now than how I drew her back then. Only major difference is that her 3 hair tufts are a lot bigger now. Other than that it'd just be REALLY minor adjustments

klavier has long fur tufts on the back of his legs and when he was a kitten he would constantly trip over them. like his fur was so long as a kitten but I think he'd probably get it shaved so it's more like medium fuzz? like more than a peach but less than a longhair cat

I might,, actually try to reuse the way i shaded fur here, just cause the way I shade fur doesnt feel that natural? If that makes sense, its just tufts stuck together

Not usually because I don't like how hair looks in my style though I do want to try and add hair. Most hair I do is tufts and extra neck fluff or something (EX: Nihachu or Captain Puffy)

i used to be a bald dog truther or just do tufts when i did primary live action but when i got into anime stuff i added full hair bc i feel like it fits the wilder outfits/ colours and then i never stopped oops

Nope! Mostly because it's too hard for me to draw/ I couldn't get it to look right. I only add part of their hair as tufts or as the cheek fluff.
