Why I like classic anime - it's not always obvious and simple.
Take for example Leda. On the surface: musical isekai with eye candy, half-naked lady warrior.
BUT!
Then come visuals. Animation, machine and environmental designs... It some places it reminded me Heavy Metal.😶

i don't think about this series often, but it'll always be one of my favorites. i recently reread it, and it reminded me just how great of a coming-of-age series it is. deals with a lot of heavy themes in such a beautiful and human way.

I'm just about done playing with Meitu a bit, them going heavy on Christmas filters gets old. But, Gia and Una from my MK fic. The white background Una one came out awesome because she rarely filters right, not to mention their creepy green eyes is a big hint to their parentage
