8) Prepare and bring your own food to uni/work/on trips. I usually cook in big batches so I can eat from it for 2 (or even 3) days. Sandwiches are always handy! Also bring your own bottle of water or thermos bottle for coffee to avoid to go cups.

Do you have a favorite type of noodle? (From any culture)

I've bought a bunch of new instant noodles lately and have been trying them all out. So far my favorite is the Shirakuku brand cups, I highly recommend all the flavors and types 👍
