The color palette is the same. About the belly, I just used the official model sheet as a reference.

This wasn’t meant to be anything good besides a quick doodle of Danny while using a photo reference.

This colorize thing that CSP has is a really neat tool. I've been messing around with it for a bit and got some interesting results.

The first image is the lineart I used, with the second image done without a reference and the third image done with a reference.

Turns out, I rather enjoy drawing stained glass art. I said I'd have a go at drawing some hues a while ago, so... Here's a Nayvee!

Had an idea for her winter form too... Something like a white fluffy selkie. (Cause of the coat reference.)

Even though this was a really small part of the piece, I feel like a lot was added with this drawing and I definitely wanna do more studies similar to this.

Also I wanna make sure people see the reference.

Oh yeah, and a close-up on the filigree on his sides there. I tried to replicate a fractal, thought it'd be a neat reference.

Omg after HOURS of work, my Korra piece is done.

I cannot take all of the credit though.
I used mikhdraws' piece for reference.
Here is their piece and here is mine.

Go give them some love if they are still on Diviant Art.

Found more Michiru pictures and I’m sure everyone gets the reference. Another one made by once again @ i4_kan.

I used to do a bunch of daily drawings to post on instagram. Simple studies using photos I'd find on Pinterest as a reference. Sadly, I don't know anymore what were the original reference photos I used.
