Using my lovely friend as an experimental guinea pig for a greyscale value painting trade. Really starting to see improvements with my colour work on the iPad. I finally managed to delve into an area I've needed some practice in.

I'm now realizing that I don't have a ton of purely that hasn't been drenched in splashes of red.
Almost all of my work actually starts in greyscale, though. Then I throw colors and details at it until it works. Real refined process, I know
