first, i usually start off with a circle then find the shape of the eye and iris, and start to see where the shape of the eyebrow is! then i try to find eyelashes which curve to the sides from perspective!! then i combine the two and make adjustments!!:)

A lot of the monster races had level adjustments, which 5e doesn't want to implement for simplicity sake and I think that's fine. I did like Ibixians though, big fan of Warhammer Beastmen which this vibes with.
