Phancero is the Main Legendary of Pokemon Cipher and the plot revolves around it. I don't have a solid plot for it yet but I have a general idea.

So my second leather cord for Rath arrived. The contrast is less extreme than my phone camera makes you believe. But I like it. Also in the original it differs in every ref anyway xD But I guess I will go with the cipher card and the original art the most.
