I wasn’t sure how to utilise layers in case of drawings/paintings at first but I’m starting to get it. It is actually incredibly useful. Here are two early phases of a portrait practice with Jimin. I was fast with them so I guess I’m adapting to using tablet.

I can sort of relate. It was hard for me to learn digital, and I’d draw with either a mouse or finger •__•
I eventually found a good program on my tablet. I still my fingers often, but I do have styluses for lineart now. Here’s an earlier piece of mine done with a mouse
