Against all the odds, William Dobson is still climbing steadily in the Waldy&Bendy poll. Come on art lovers, vote with your hearts not your art history books. That's him in the middle of the group portrait, top left. Looks like Jay Rayner. Surely that's worth a vote on its own! https://t.co/H8nCicsIv9

Contrary to Japanese production (65x5min), 10 last 22-minutes episodes has rebooted to Oriolo's universe for exploring with weird creatures and his faithful style to 2000s comicbooks... And a little fact, the additionnal "humans" also looks different, but awfully confusing(4/?)

Rinkol and Skip are out in another planet exploring a mysterious space library full of interesting looking books. Little do they know that the books are all about aliens who disappeared after reading books from this same library, uh-oh...!

Pip & Egg by and

Sometimes a book will come along and quietly steal your heart. This is one of those books. I'd go so far as to say that this is probably one of the best picture books, ever.

I’ll put it out there. I love drawing/painting animals but especially Alligators. I would love to do some work for any exhibits, Gator parks, books. Anything.

"Camouflage" was written & illustrated by Vladimir Tambi in 1930. He was a student of Vladimir Lebedev and he became the leading designer of technological picture books. Tambi was enamored with the technical aspects of machines and his illustrations show it.

Oh! So incidental are just bg characters, or characters that are not the main characters, usually you can find examples of this on google and art of books. You will see them in this big sheets and like in the Hilda example designed from a storyboard shot.

Loved this review by Laurence Inman of - thanks! 'captures all that spontaneous, energetic sense that life is a rushing stream on sensations, games and fun...reminded me of the authentic and accurate craftsmanship of the early Ladybird books.' https://t.co/8LW2oW8JY8

Here are some Cicely Mary Barker (1895-1973) works for you from her beloved flower fairy books. For many, her work, a blend of British floral & fairy lore, is a portal back to childhood. 🌸
