From MvC1...so aside from the Grandmaster, I'm pretty sure the other folks are KR references. We got Jigoku Taishi/Kurayami Taishi, Doktor G, Mr Titan, Apollo Geist and Colonel Zol. Not sure about the lady and the white skull guy though.

Voice actresses are always a cool excuse to do an interesting crossover! The pose and design made the piece quite difficult to pull off, but it's hard to get too stressed when your workspace is full of Nadeshiko and Sango references.

Burying the lede. It is okay to use bases/other images as pose references. People do it all the time and there's no problem with it. What you did was straight up tracing. Quirks of the linework found in IA's art carried over to YOUR art.

The only image of these three that I really have any problems with is the Blaze image, it's not quite what she would look like in Uekawa's style.

And this comes back to references. Don't be afraid to use them, as long as you're not blatantly copying or tracing them, you're good.

Gerard Way's story was just really cool. Just a fun setup. Side characters Daredevil and Mysterio were fun. Herring's art was wonderful.
Loved all the little background references. The 2018 story just didnt hit the same in all those categories lol.

a while back i was only able to draw half body or less, and sometimes it still wasn’t good. now i can draw (not perfectly yet) a whole body while looking at references. there are still poses i struggle with but that’s an improvement. never give up on your art, you’ll get there <3
