I really love what Hoyo did with Penacony's aesthetic, the art deco, broadway-like style looks really nice too 👁️👁️

I end up sketching out a character I have as a character for Penacony, with Zatanna Zatara as one of the references.

📝Small note: I used my hand (photo) to make his hand... I recommend you guys do that xd use yourselves as references.

I have already used that method several times when I can't draw a pose well 🤙 (It also don't look so good but we do what we can shshshs).

I was originally going for a Toriyama look for the characters in NNB Quest, but it was hard to find fitting references. So I just stuck with the original show.

i do think the improvement jump between 2020 to 2021 was the largest one i had since I've decided to use more references.

i've also taken the leap to do backgrounds more and using assets like 3d models whenever i'm stuck w anatomy and perpective
