Can people stop complaining that Boss Challenge Rugal is too easy.
Apparently Boss Challenge AI isn't affected by the CPU level in your game options. And SNK wants to make sure that everyone can beat him at least once.
SNK is just being friendly to casual players.

Even tho got a really hard group in EUM (X7, KC, GL) I think this will be a once in a lifetime opportunity for the players to play against top tier ERL and some LEC level players.
