Well, if you like Higurashi, then Umineko is good too! Iwaihime, also by Ryukishi07, is really fantastic as well.
Beyond that, I really loved You and Me and Her. It’s got a great premise and characters to back it up.
You can’t go wrong with sciADV games like Chaos;Child either

Cult of the Lamb looks like a great game ngl, but the premise of it scares me the most. I tend to steer clear from horrific elements as much as I can, and idk.. smtg abt it frightens me just as much as how horror and thriller movies are to me. Hope y'all are having fun though!

Great premise with a solid cast of characters paired with an absolutely perfect ending and final half. I admit I wasnt feeling it in the first half of cour 1 but it picked up and Shin's character and journey was something to behold.

Done w/ this one and it was SO good. Way better than you'd think by reading the premise tbh. It's got some amazing character work, great romance, and it tugs at your heartstrings. You really feel the story catching up to you in the final stretch. Ending was very satisfactory too.

They need to make a sequel to Last Action Hero, expanding on the premise of movies in "real life". It could be the ultimate big-budget crossover! Imagine Iron Man fighting a T-Rex from Jurassic World, Robocop fighting the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, Darth Vader vs. Bugs Bunny! :-P
