Most ppl often see you as reliable, mature, a good listener, and a role model. Lots of ppl look up to you and they hold you to a certain standard. Those titles leave you with this need to uphold those views so you change yourself for them.

Oh yeah, Kaguya is also an unlockable in this game after you do a 1cc of the main game. While she plays with a pretty standard wide shot, her scenario is a lot more joke-y compared to Reimu, Marisa and Sakuya's.
A real treat even if it might've unrealistically raised expectations
