Giant Robo also is in Otaku no Video in the theme park scene, which is a very obscure reference to the unused ending of the toku where Robo retires to a theme park

also the missile fingers in Gunbuster come from the toku, right down to the missile emblems.

This is a real Peach sign graphic that Nintendo created. The file goes unused in the "Peach's Castle" 2001 GameCube tech demo. It can be found within the data at /TEX/1_BI_STE.DTX. (Thanks to Yoshi2 for the discovery!)
