things I learnt this year in my art: Pinks, blues and purples are really good.
I got more adventurous with character designs (example: Vast)
still a big fan of rim lighting

things I still wanna try: more dynamic poses & foreshortening, more backgrounds

i'd be lying if i said i wasn't angry at myself for drawing so little this year and falling deep into a comfort zone but also i've been playing a lot with new tools/techniques to help with my lack of time so maybe not all that bad

for a long time I was never really happy with my art, but this year I started to really play around with bright colors and texture brushes and finding a process that makes me happy. I hope that next year I continue to grow more💕

I didn't have a whole lot of time for personal work or experimentation for my BUT, I did manage to book a whole year of commissions and relaunch my webcomic, so... this year meant a lot to me, confidence-wise. 💜

I hope for more improvement in 2020!
