Been a while since I did anything with my Sonic OC, so I followed Chaomix's Adventure Artstyle tutorial and gave it a cool background.

Now soft shading! Excuse the pixelation of the tutorial slide, these are 300x300px pagedolls so that’s an even tinier slice of that aha. I soft shade muscles mostly, again keeping in mind the light source. Fill, then erase towards the light with a soft brush and adjust opacity.
