While Vee doesn't age physically I like to think that over time he would gain better control over his mutations, and would start incorporating the parts he likes into his base form.
Unfortunately doing so made him way more aggressive and unstable.

They're both girls, and C-Brat likes SnakeDog, but to be simple, scaly pup is tsundere-like in these kinda situations, so she acts resistant and aggressive but never hurts C-Brat
