@Vaticuss I’m being grateful for something daily. I’m especially grateful for old bits of paper, ‘ephemera’, that I find at brocantes or that others find and scan. I couldn’t make my collages without them.
This is a scan I found of the UTCM portrait from a few years ago. The likeness can be closer, a good one to try again. Up early to package and mail some Etsy things, taking a nap now.

Going through an old HD folder and found these I made back in the early 2000's, I planned to do a load of teams with battle scarred helmets and an authentic look based on the old graphics. I couldn't do vectors either so had to scan in helmets and rework them lol!

Cleaning the scan is still a nightmare; the 'rotate 180 degrees and scan again' method doesn't work so well if the image is distorted by the scanner ;___;.
