The way colors can look diffefent/washed out on different surfaces is so cool.

Similar note: The colors are the same in both of these but the outlines made them look so wildly different.

Here's an Composite example for comparison! While I think the clouds and Chuck's outline smooth out beautifully, you definitely lose detail in the teeth and vines.

So on the left you have the extra outline everywhere except on the sword, and on the right you have the extra outline colored just like the blade

Well this one is scrapped too.. really liked how the legs were shaded but I can't do the same to the suit.

Also there was a distinct background style difference between the studios at the time:
- Hanna-Barbera had a more graphic-design approach,
- Disney had a semi-realistic style without outlines.
- Fleischer had a hyper stylized BG style with realistic light, similar to Pixar.
