It's been a week since Ultrakill launched so it should be ok to post concepts I did for Gabriel (modeled by @SamuelJB_23 voiced by @GetGianni ) He was probably the hardest to get right out of all the cast so far but I'm really happy with how he turned out!
Here's an example of the difference: On the left is concept art of Garen from league of Legends with breakdowns and information for modelers.
On the right is an illustration of God King Garen, one of Garen's skins in the game.

There is a list of downloadable Architectural models available in FCStd (FreeCAD's) format. Many of them are famous (Villa Savoye, Barcelona Pavilion etc..) Grab 'em and check-out how they were modeled.

I modeled my first 3D object that isn't an ocean surface or island. It's made of rookie mistakes but it's perfect because I NO LONGER NEED TO MANUALLY DRAW THE BOAT IN PERSPECTIVE EVERY SINGLE TIME. ABSOLUTE WIN.
Oh, holy cow. Hightail Falls Galaxy's skybox is actually a semi-circle, and the waterfall cliffs are legitimately modeled. I would've assumed the entire skybox was circular like most SMG/SMG2 skyboxes, and the waterfalls were clever plane trickery.
Been refining the dragon model a bit, face is properly modeled and has a working jaw. Also redid the hands and feet. I was able to make a low-rez mesh that was barely over 40K polys, will attempt to paint and maybe rig later

Much like Ashura and Wenchidna I must get my grubby hands on yet another glitch character and make them into an ACTUAL character. She's modeled after Amy's DNA in an attempt to exploit a weakness against Sonic.
